I painted this portrait of my good friend Nick Dashnaw who passed away last year on March 30th, 2016 due to substance abuse.

It's been 4 years since I picked up a paintbrush, but when I saw Nick in his end scene of The Magnificent 7, inspiration immediately rushed back through me and I knew I had to paint him.

Nick was a stuntman, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He had the biggest heart and his message was always clear. It was always about helping others.

So with Nicks legacy and family and friends in mind. The proceeds made will be donated to THE NICKY D FOUNDATION FIGHT AGAINST DRUGS.
